I am from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the home of the NC Botanical Garden and Mason Farm Biological Reserve (go visit!). I moved to Chapel Hill for college in 2006 and have been here ever since.   I live with my husband, Bryan Diver, two dogs, a cat, a plethora of plants, and between 5 and 30 chickens depending on the year. My favorite place to hang out in Durham is my mother-in-law’s house. One random fact that you should know about me is that I’ve been lost in the wilderness for over 24 hours and have hiked ~500 miles in California’s mountains.

When I’m not with my Oak Church small group, I love to propagate native plants, eat a good meal with friends, and shoot the breeze on the front porch (with coffee and a cinnamon roll). If you’d like to talk about small groups, deconstructing and reconstructing faith, why we exist, mental health, or want to trade seeds, then I’m your person.
