Elder Team Member
I grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Virginia Tech. It was there that I began my relationship with Jesus. After graduate school in Cleveland I came to Durham. I have worked at Duke and the Orange County and Durham County Health Departments as a nutritionist.
I am married to Ken and have 4 young adult children. I enjoy taking care of our yard and our pets. Ken and I began attending Oak Church in 2019. At Oak we have enjoyed the caring community, the sincere desire we see to know and follow Jesus, the encouragement to live Biblically instead of culturally, and the involvement in the surrounding Lakewood neighborhood.
