Elder Team Member & Treasurer
I am from Abbotsford, BC (Canada), the home of the Abbotsford Air Show and the Berry Festival.. I moved with my family to Apex, NC in 2017 as part of an office transfer for my work from San Jose, California.. I live with my wife Jennifer, our two kids Owen and Alaina and our dog, Apollo, and my favorite place to hang out in Durham is Cocoa Cinnamon.
One random fact that you should know about me is that our family is on a mission to visit all of the National Parks in the US before our kids finish college, we currently have been to 14 (out of 64 so we have a ways to go. When I’m not at Oak Church’s worship services, I love to play Floorball, hike, or read. If you’d like to talk about budgets or administration, I’d be a bit surprised but happy to do that, but have a passion for fairness and equity in our communities that I am excited to join Oak Church in.
